ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU
Sunday School. Every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. classes for adults include:
Adult I uses the Uniform Lessons series, Present Word. Teachers: Martha Jean Woodward, Frank Vaughn, Bill Mock.
Adult II is a discussion/debate class that usually works through a book of interest. Currently studying, The Trinity. Teacher: Jacqueline Dooner, with input from all.
Adult III - Facilitators are Jason and Rachél Layerd. They invite outside speakers to come and address the class for several more Sundays before beginning the video series “Making Children Mind Without Loosing Yours”.
Children and Youth. Every Sunday we have classes for children and youth from 3 years through Senior High.
Presbyterian Men gather at 7:00 on the First Wednesday of each month for a dinner and program in the Fellowship Hall.
Presbyterian Women. Four circles meet monthly, some at church, some in homes. Watch for monthly announcements for the dates of meetings.
Presbyterian Youth meet on Sundays 5-7 p.m. to enjoy recreation and fellowship, eat a meal provided by parents followed by a Bible study. We have a group of 25+ youth active in a schedule full of retreats, service projects and summer trips.
Scouting. This church sponsors BSA Troop 201 and Cub Pack 201. Scouts meet Monday evenings and Cubs meet every other Saturday.
Senior Adults meet on the third Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall for a delightful meal prepared by our hostess. We call it Wonderful Wednesday!
Young Children (5K-5th grades) enjoy Terrific Tuesday every week, 3:00—5:00 p.m. Led by our Director of Christian Education and many exceptional adult volunteers, this program is an intentional educational as well as recreational program.
